“James made our wedding day so special! He worked with my husband and I to craft musical offerings that would compliment our vision for the day. He played beautiful, melodic, and sweet acoustic songs as a backdrop to our guests taking their seats in the ceremony space, and his soulful guitar accompanied us walking to the altar and beginning our ceremony. We trusted him to help create a sacred and love-infused ambience for our most important ritual, and I am so glad we did! I can still feel the songs he offered transporting me to a heightened state of awareness during my wedding.
After the ceremony, he picked up the pace with some folk-inspired, fun-loving music with vocals for our cocktail and appetizer hour. He has a greatt voice! He was very helpful in making announcements to the guests to notify them of the flow of the day, and he also brought all his own equipment, which made the experience very seamless and easy going. Anyone who has planned a wedding knows that these little details make a huge difference in alleviating stress! He grasped the importance of his role, and he took this seriously and was reliable and punctual! On top of that, he added an artistry and peacefulness to the day with his sensitive demeanor and empathic presence. “His calm voice and clear words freed me to a space I’ve never been able to reach before. He changes it up, doing different variations of mediation during his sessions. One involved thinking of an inspiring phrase, writing it repeatedly for a certain amount of time in any creative pattern you would like, then folding it up and throwing them in a hat where everyone was able to pull out someone else’s phrase. It was fun being engaged in other’s state of mind for a change because you are able to consider your own aspects of life through a different point of view.
